• Age Group Teams placement is based on the athlete's age as of August 1, 2026, participation, skill level, and work ethic.

• Age Group Teams are offered in 3 Sessions

       Fall (September - December) and Main Season (January-July),

       August (Fun Skill + Scrimmage month).

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:   We use a registration system called SportNinja. For first time users you will need to create an account as the parent first and then create a player profile for each of your players from there. Please make sure you include your player's USA Water Polo Membership # in the "Governing Body ID" when filling in your player's information.

AGE DETERMINATION:  A player’s age division is determined by the athlete’s age on August 1st of the year in which the tournament is being held. If a player is 12 years old on August 1 of the upcoming Summer, they are eligible to compete in the 12U division. If an athlete turns 13 on July 31, his/her age is 13 on August 1st and is therefore not eligible for the 12U division. They are, however, able to participate in the 14U division and some 12U competitions (comp. rule dependent)

COMMITMENT LEVEL:  Success in water polo comes from consistency. While we understand that schedules can get busy, we strongly encourage athletes to attend practices as often as possible. The more time spent in the pool, the faster skills develop, conditioning improves, and confidence grows.
